Weekly Classes

We offer a range of classes at our peaceful woodland yoga studio, just outside Oswestry (with underfloor heating too!). There is free parking.

You can either book for each 6 week block, or drop in (subject to availability).

See below for information about the different classes available. 

Practical Information

  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in.

  • Bring a yoga mat and any equipment you might want (we can't currently lend out equipment).

  • Have a blanket, socks and warmer layers for the relaxation at the end of class.

  • Leave 1-2hrs after eating before your class.

Hatha Yoga

Mondays 6.30-7.30pm
Wednesdays 6.30-6.30pm

In these classes we focus on the foundations of each pose to ensure correct alignment and the integrity of each posture.  The classes are probably best described as dynamic hatha so you’ll definitely feel like you’ve worked!
Suitable for all abilities, including beginners.


Yoga Flow (Vinyasa)

Mondays 10-11am
Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm

Enjoy the moving meditation that is Vinyasa flow yoga, matching breath to movement for a more dynamic practice.


Gentle Yoga & Meditation

Fridays 10-11am

A gentler hatha yoga class to end the week and start the weekend in the perfect way.  Each class includes a short guided meditation, introducing a variety of meditation practices.  Suitable for all abilities, including beginners.

Gentle Yoga Flow with Hattie

Tuesdays 6.30-7.30pm

Suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis alike. The practice will provide an opportunity to mindfully move, stretch and breathe to unwind the body and mind. Classes will include pranayama (breathing practice), asanas (postures) and a relaxation to end.


Beginners Yoga with Hattie

Tuesdays 7.45-8.45pm

This class is suitable for total beginners. We will learn the foundations of a yoga practice, including physical movements, simple breathing techniques and soothing relaxation practices.
This yoga practice is also perfect for those looking for a slow and mindful back-to-basics class.


Yoga & Ayurveda with Alana

Wednesdays 8-9pm
Thursdays 8-9pm

This class combines yoga with its sister science of Ayurveda offering seasonal wellness support and guidance.
