Weekly Classes

Weekly classes run during term-time.

You can either block book, which guarantees your space each week, or you can choose to drop in to classes to suit you. Pre-booking is essential in either case.

Classes take place at The Studio, which is located on the outskirts of Oswestry in a beautiful, peaceful, rural setting.

Practical Information

  • Wear comfortable clothes.

  • Bring a yoga mat.

  • Bring a blanket, fluffy socks and warmer layers for the relaxation at the end of class.

  • Leave 1-2hrs after eating before your class.

Chair Yoga - Online Class

A weekly online 30 minute gentle chair yoga class that you can join at home.

Each class includes:
* Pranayama (conscious breathing)
An internal workout for the muscles involved in breathing which regulates the nervous system, lowers heart rate and blood pressure. This has both an immediate calming effect and, with practice over time, makes you more resilient to physical and mental stress and improves immunity.

* Asanas (postures)
A series of gentle chair-based movements to stretch and mobilise the whole body.

* Guided Relaxation
Each class ends with a guided body-scan relaxation to reduce physical tension and to calm the mind.

Hatha Yoga

In these classes we focus on the foundations of each posture, using props, modifications and adjustment to ensure correct alignment and the integrity of each posture.  The classes are probably best described as dynamic hatha so you’ll definitely feel like you’ve worked!
Suitable for all abilities, including beginners.

Vinyasa Yoga

Thursday 7pm-8pm
£30 for 6 weeks or

Enjoy the moving meditation that is Vinyasa flow yoga, matching breath to movement for a more dynamic practice.
As each posture flows into another, there is less time for adjustments so this class is better suited to those with some yoga experience.

A hatha yoga class to end the week and start the weekend in the perfect way.  Each class includes a short guided meditation, introducing a variety of meditation practices.  Suitable for all abilities, including beginners.

Power Yoga
Teacher: Jon

Friday 6.30pm-7.30pm
£30 for 6 weeks or
£7 drop in

This class introduces students to the Ashtanga Primary Series and Power Vinyasa sequences.
Suitable for beginners and mixed ability students who are looking for a more physically focussed yoga practice.


Private Classes

Private classes are also available for individuals, couples or groups.

This personal approach means that lessons can be tailored to you, and clients enjoy the progress they make in this environment. 

A private class for an individual or couple is £40, and for a group of 3+ is £50.
