We offer a range of classes at our peaceful woodland yoga studio, just outside Oswestry (with underfloor heating too!). There is free parking.
You can either book for each 6 week block, or drop in (subject to availability).

Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in.
Bring a yoga mat and any equipment you might want (we can't currently lend out equipment).
Have a blanket, socks and warmer layers for the relaxation at the end of class.
Leave 1-2hrs after eating before your class.

In these classes we focus on the foundations of each pose to ensure correct alignment and the integrity of each posture. The classes are probably best described as dynamic hatha so you’ll definitely feel like you’ve worked!

Gentle Yoga & Meditation
A gentler hatha yoga class to end the week and start the weekend in the perfect way. Each class includes a short guided meditation, introducing a variety of meditation practices. Suitable for all abilities, including beginners.
Gentle Yoga Flow with Hattie
Suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis alike. The practice will provide an opportunity to mindfully move, stretch and breathe to unwind the body and mind. Classes will include pranayama (breathing practice), asanas (postures) and a relaxation to end.
