All classes are currently taking place online - using Zoom. To join any of these classes, you'll need to download the free Zoom app from your usual App provider. When you book, you'll be sent a link to join. Click on this link 5-10mins before the class is due to start.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in.
Use a yoga mat.
Sometimes we use props, so have to hand a yoga belt (or dressing gown belt does the job nicely!) and a pair of blocks (rolled blankets / firm cushions also work!)
Have a blanket, socks and warmer layers for the relaxation at the end of class.
Leave 1-2hrs after eating before your class.
