Ceri trained as a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and has been practising yoga for 25yrs, studying with teachers from Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Vinyasa traditions, all of which she brings to her teaching. She integrates this with yoga philosophy, pranayama (breath work) and meditation.
Her classes focus on the foundations of each posture and ensuring correct alignment, with the use of props, modifications and adjustment where necessary.
Ceri loves to enable others to discover yoga’s benefits for body, mind and spirit.
