Ceri trained as a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and has been practising yoga for 25yrs, studying with teachers from Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Vinyasa traditions, all of which she brings to her teaching. She integrates this with yoga philosophy, pranayama (breath work) and meditation as well as functional anatomy for a holistic approach which draws on ancient traditions as well as modern knowledge.
Ceri loves to enable others to discover yoga’s benefits for body, mind and spirit.
